Emily and Thomas were both special to Memphis in their own special ways.

Emily was a total spitfire who stood up loudly and proudly for who and what she believed in. What an important role model in courage she was.

Thomas changed the face of Memphis and his influence will be felt for many years. He helped move Memphis from an old traditional era where only the rich could have their drinks in their private clubrooms to something more fun and open for everybody. Plus, he was one of the nicest, most generous guys who ever lived.

I know you have lost two precious friends. So has Memphis.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12509286.post-56065472340035603782008-05-06T11:00:00.000-05:002008-05-06T11:00:00.000-05:00Your aticle sums up Thomas perfectly - Memphis has...Your aticle sums up Thomas perfectly - Memphis has lost a great, great man and I am proud that I could call him a friend.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00979033297171967774noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12509286.post-78541157446145067942008-05-06T09:31:00.000-05:002008-05-06T09:31:00.000-05:00Great post. While I cannot comment on him as fully as the above article, I can say that he was pleasant, gracious and humble.Harveyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16251323652168004578noreply@blogger.com
